मुंबई: सीएसटी रेलवे स्टेशन के पास गुरुवार शाम उस समय हड़कंप मच गया, जब वहां स्टेशन के बाहर बना फुट ओवरब्रिज ढह गया। हादसे में 4 लोगों की मौत हो गई और 30 से अधिक लोग घायल हो गए। बताया जा रहा है कि मलबे में और भी लोग फंसे हुए हैं साथ ही मरने वालों की संख्या में और बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। हादसे से घायलों को उपचार के लिए सेंट जॉर्ज हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया। घायलों में कुछ की हालत गंभीर बताई जा रही है। घायलों को स्थानीय लोगों, रेलवे और बीमएसी के बचाव दल द्वारा बाहर निकाला जा रहा है। इस हादसे के बाद से सीएसटी रेलवे स्टेशन के पास सभी तरह से यातायात को अस्थाई तौर पर रोक दिया गया है।

वहीं, इस घटना के बाद रेलवे ने एक बयान जारी करते हुए कहा है कि जो ब्रिज ढहा है वो मुंबई म्युनिसिपल कारपोरेशन का है, लेकिन हम घायलों की मदद के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे। बताया जा रहा है कि बीएमसी का यह पुल लगभग 30 साल पुराना है। जांच दल इस बात का पता लगाने में जुटी है कि फुट ओवर ब्रिज आखिर केसे गिर गया।

जानकारी के अनुसार मुंबई के सीएसटी रेलवे स्टेशन पर गुरुवार शाम जब लोग अपने घर की ओर लौट रहे थे तभी स्टेशन से बाहर का फुट ओवर ब्रिज का एक हिस्सा गिर पड़ा। हादसे में दो महिलाओं, अपूर्वा प्रभु और रंजना तांबे सहित 4 लोगों की मौत हो गई।, जबकि 34 लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। लोगों की चीख-पुकार सुन लोगों ने तुरंत राहत और बचाव कार्य शुरू कर दिया। घटना की सूचना पाकर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस और राहत-बचाव टीम ने तुरंत लोगों को बाहर निकाला और निकट के अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया।

सूचना मिलने से मौके पर पहुंचे मंत्री विनोद तावड़े ने कहा है कि पुल कमजोर नहीं था, रिपेयरिंग की जरूरत थी। फिलहाल मामले की जांच की जा रही है। हादसे से घायल लोगों को सरकार की ओर से मुफ्त इलाज मुहैय्या कराया जाएगा।
