The British actress, model, and producer Millie Bobby Brown was born on 19 February 2004. For her role as Eleven in the Netflix science fiction series Stranger Things (2016-present), she received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations and two Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. In Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019), Brown played the lead role, which she reprised in Godzilla vs. Kong (2021). Enola Holmes (2020) is another Netflix mystery film in which she starred and produced.

Brown appeared on the Time 100 list of the world’s most influential people in 2018 and was appointed UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, the youngest person ever so appointed.

Having been born in Marbella, Spain, on 19 February 2004, Brown is the third child of English parents Kelly and Robert Brown. It took her several years for her left ear to lose all hearing after she was born with partial hearing loss. Her family moved back to England when she was four, settling in Bournemouth; when she was eight, they moved to Orlando.
