एनपीसीएल के ग्राहकों को मिलेगा बिजली बिल कम करने का नुस्खा, नॉर्वे सरकार के साथ समझौता

नयी दिल्ली, 21 फरवरी (भाषा) बिजली वितरण से जुड़ी नोएडा पावर कंपनी लि. (एनपीसीएल) ने उत्तर प्रदेश के ग्रेटर नोएडा में अपने ग्राहकों के बिजली खपत को प्रबंधित कर उनके बिल में कमी लाने में मदद के लिये नॉर्वे के साथ एक पायलट परियोजना शुरू की है।

आरपी संजीव गोयनका समूह और ग्रेटर नोएडा औद्योगिक विकास प्राधिकरण की संयुक्त उद्यम कंपनी एनपीसीएल ने मंगलवार को बयान में कहा कि कंपनी ने भारत-नॉर्वे ऊर्जा कार्यबल के तहत ग्रेटर नोएडा में ‘मांग प्रतिक्रिया’ (डिमांड रिस्पांस) पर एक पायलट परियोजना को लेकर समझौता पर हस्ताक्षर किये हैं।

इस मौके पर केंद्रीय नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव और भारत में नॉर्वे के राजदूत मौजूद थे।

मांग प्रतिक्रिया आधुनिक ऊर्जा प्रबंधन प्रणालियों का एक महत्वपूर्ण उपाय है। इसके जरिये बिजली मांग को प्रबंधित किया जाता है। इसमें बिजली की अधिकतम मांग के समय इसकी कम खपत के लिये उपभोक्ताओं को प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है। इससे ग्रिड को संतुलित करने और बिजली कटौती को रोकने में मदद मिलती है। इसके अलावा, पात्र उपभोक्ता डिमांड प्रतिक्रया में भाग लेकर ऊर्जा खपत को काबू में रखते हुए बिजली बिल को भी कम कर सकते हैं।

बयान के अनुसार, पायलट परियोजना के तहत एनपीसीएल उन सभी इच्छुक उपभोक्ताओं का चयन करेगी जो उपरोक्त मांग प्रतिक्रिया में शामिल होकर इसका लाभ उठाना चाहते हैं। इस कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने के लिए उपभोक्ता एनपीसीएल के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र में आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

पायलट परियोजना 2025 तक जारी रहेगी और इसके परिणामों को राज्य नियामक आयोग के साथ साझा किया जाएगा।
