It is the festival of Vishwakarma Puja, in honor of the creator god Vishwakarma, who is a Hindu god. He is considered the creator of the world and swayambhu. His creations include the holy city of Dwarka where Krishna reigned, the palace of Indraprastha where the Pandavas lived, and many fabulous weapons for the gods. The Rig Veda mentions him as the divine carpenter, and the Sthapatya Veda attributes the science of mechanics and architecture to him.
Vedic tradition refers to Vishwakarma as the Divine Engineer of the universe. A day is set aside for Vishwakarma that is his birthday or his Jayanti, which is his Jayanti. It is a problem because he existed a few days before he created the world since he is known as the creator of the world.
Five of Vishuwakarma Ji’s sons and two of his daughters were born. Mannu, Maidev, Tavashta, Shilpi and Devagya are the children of Mannu and Maidev. Architects and craftsmen worship the divine draftsman Vishwakarma. Known as the designer of the whole universe and the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, he is the son of Brahma.
Lord Vishwakarma, according to Hindu belief, assisted Lord Brahma in the creation of the universe. Additionally, Lord Vishwakarma was believed to have built Dwarka, a holy city governed by Lord Krishna following his construction.
Every year, artisans and craftsmen worship Lord Vishwakarma, the son of Brahma, whose divine works have immense significance. Lord Vishwakarma is worshipped on this day to seek his blessing for progress in their business and careers.Vishwakarma puja is widely celebrated across Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, and Tripura.
