Project K (Kalki 2898 AD) Leaked? Fans Urge Not To Share Any Photos

The unveiling of the first look of ‘Project K,’ also known as ‘Kalki 2898 AD,’ at the San Diego Comic-Con event has sparked significant anticipation among the audience. This upcoming movie is poised to merge elements of science fiction with Indian mythology, all within a dystopian future setting. Recently, an image of Prabhas on the set of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ surfaced online, further intensifying the buzz around the film. However, the leaked picture has left some fans concerned, fearing it might compromise the makers’ efforts.

Rumors have also circulated suggesting that Dulquer Salmaan might join the cast of ‘Kalki 2898 AD.’ During a recent interaction with Telugu media while promoting ‘King Of Kotha,’ Dulquer was asked about his involvement in the project. Although he refrained from divulging extensive details about the film, he expressed his astonishment at the film’s set design.

‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is scheduled for a theatrical release on January 12, 2024. The star-studded cast includes Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, and Amitabh Bachchan.

In Prabhas’s recent projects, he was set to appear in ‘Salaar,’ initially slated for release on September 28. However, reports suggest that the film’s release has been postponed, although an official announcement is still pending. As per Pinkvilla, the delay is attributed to pending post-production work, and ‘Salaar’ is now expected to hit screens in either December 2023 or January 2024.

A source commented on the situation, stating, “Salaar holds a prominent position among the big films emerging from India, and the creators are determined to meet the high expectations of fans and moviegoers. Unfortunately, the film is not yet ready and requires additional time for post-production.”

Prabhas’s most recent appearance was in ‘Adipurush,’ co-starring Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh.
