सीबीआई विवाद पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला,अलोक वर्मा को छुट्टी पर भेजने का फैसला रद्द

नई दिल्ली। देश की सबसे बड़ी जांच एजेंसी सीबीआई वर्सेस सीबीआई पर काफी समय से चल रहा विवाद आज थम गया है। केंद्र सरकार को बड़ा झटका देते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुना दिया है।जिसके तहत कोर्ट ने सीवीसी के फैसले को पलटते हुए आलोक वर्मा को छुट्टी पर भेजने का फैसला रद्द कर दिया है। साथ ही आलोक वर्मा को सीबीआई के चीफ बने रहेंगे यह आदेश जारी किया गया है ।

ज्ञात हो कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उस याचिका पर आज अपना फैसला सुनाया है। जिसमें सीबीआई डायरेक्टर ने खुद को छुट्टी पर भेजे जाने के फैसले को चुनौती दी हुई थी । बता दें कि इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार के 23 अक्टूबर 2018 के उस फैसले को खारिज कर दिया है.जिसमें केंद्र सरकार ने सीबीआई डायरेक्टर आलोक वर्मा को छुट्टी पर भेजने का फैसला किया था।

इसके साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई निदेशक आलोक वर्मा को यह भी कहा है कि वे जब तक डीएसपीई अधिनियम के तहत हाई पावर कमेटी का फैसला नहीं आ जाता किसी भी नीति गत निर्णय को नहीं ले सकते। ज्ञात हो कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अलोक वर्वा के मामले में चयन समिति को एक सप्ताह के भीतर अपनी रिपोर्ट सम्मिट करने कहा है।
